Hello and welcome.

I'm so pleased you found me.

I'm Jackie. I am both a certified counsellor and advanced teacher of the therapeutic benefits of yoga.

My passion is to provide a safe, inviting space for people to inhabit as they strengthen and heal. The practice of yoga has helped me reconnect with my body after the births of my children, regulate my emotions during seasons of grief, relax my overactive mind (on the daily) and re-ignite my wonder at the mystery of what it means to be alive. I teach what I know in order to continue to learn.

My classes are gentle, trauma-informed and alignment-based. I teach groups and lead workshops both online and in-person in various locations on the peninsula. I am available for private sessions upon request.
